Curriculum Vitae

Mr Nixon has had more than thirty years of increasing responsibility for the project management, planning, design and construction of major civil engineering and building projects involving harbours, marine terminals, infra structural projects, container / intermodal / automotive yards throughout the world.
He has also been involved in major maritime and transport related feasibility studies and is a regular Speaker at Maritime and Intermodal Conferences.
As Chairman of Nigel Nixon and Partners Inc. he is responsible for aspects of the company’s marketing and provides strategic and technical support to the firm.
Through his other company, Martindale McAndrew jointly owned with Keith Martindale, he has been responsible for project managing, co-ordinating and value engineering a number of large and prestigious development projects throughout the United Kingdom, USA, Belgium, Holland, Denmark and Germany, utilising his wealth of experience in the Construction and Development Industry.
